The Incredible Journey of Great Dog Rescue New England

Founded in the year 2023, Great Dog Rescue New England (GDRNE) has been providing much-needed assistance to homeless and abandoned dogs throughout the New England area. Located in Andover, Massachusetts, the organization has been working diligently to provide a safe and loving home for each and every dog they rescue. This year, they have been busy rescuing, caring for, and loving on over 1,000 dogs in their care.

Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find permanent homes for homeless dogs in New England. They provide medical care, evaluation, and socialization for their rescue dogs, as well as spay/neuter services. GDRNE also provides education and support to the public on the importance of adopting from shelters and rescues, responsible pet ownership, and humane treatment of all animals.

GDRNE has a network of volunteers, fosters, and staff that work together to ensure the best care for each and every dog they rescue. They provide a safe, loving environment for their rescue dogs, and also have a behavior specialist that works with each dog to ensure they have a successful transition into their new home. The organization also works to match each dog with the right family, using their home evaluation process to ensure the best fit.

GDRNE is a non-profit organization that is run solely off of donations and the help of volunteers. All of the money they receive goes towards rescuing, caring for, and finding homes for their rescue dogs. GDRNE also has an adoption fee of $250 for each dog, which helps to cover the cost of spay/neuter, vaccinations, and medical care for the dogs in their care.

The success of GDRNE is attributed to the hard work of their volunteers, fosters, and staff. They work to change the lives of both the dogs and their adopters, and it is truly a special thing to witness. In the past year alone, GDRNE has found permanent homes for over 400 dogs, and the number is only growing.

If you are looking for a new furry friend, then consider adopting from GDRNE. They have a wide variety of breeds and sizes, and there is sure to be one that is perfect for you. Each dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption, and they also provide a lifetime of support to their adopters. So, give Great Dog Rescue New England a visit and help them continue their mission of saving lives!
